Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition:  To be eligible for a return, books must be in new, unused, and unopened condition. If a book is returned damaged or opened, it may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Exempt items: E-books and digital products are non-returnable once downloaded.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Please include a photo of the damaged book when contacting us, so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Please note, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Gift Cards

  • DFREE® Gift Cards carry no fees.
  • DFREE® reserves the right to reject or deactivate any gift card to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.
  • All gift cards are deemed purchased in and issued from the state of New Jersey. The risk of loss and title to such items passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient.
  • DFREE® Gift Cards are only available for online purchases at the DFREE® store.
  • No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards can't be transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except for balances under $5.
